As the Metaverse industry proliferates, new projects with various missions and visions continuously emerge in this flourishing space. Metafluence is one of those pioneers aiming to unite famous influencers, brands, and their audiences inside one Metaverse world. 

Even though the term may not be considered new anymore, but still, questions are the first things coming to mind while talking about the Metaverse. A piece of virtual land was recently sold for $2.4 million, with the buyer saying they plan to expand their virtual land and use it as a shop or store.

Metafluence Land Plot & Metahut Sale will start on June 27

The Metafluence Virtual Properties Sale is planned to be in four phases, with the Private Sale and Launchpad Sale phases already finished and the Whitelist Sale and Public Sale phases to start on June 27. 

The Private and Launchpad Sale

The private sale of virtual Land Plots & Metahuts is already done and dusted, with all the lucky recipients now being the proud owners of their digital assets. Some early investors include Pack Capital, 2A Ventures, TUAL Group, and others.

The Launchpad Sale has been held on Babylons, NFTb, Mars Pad, and ERAX launchpads. Individuals who have already acquired the Land Plots in this phase will need to connect their MetaMask wallet to our platform (Metafluence City Map) through desktop, select the locations of their acquired/awarded Land Plots and claim them starting from June 27, 09:00 UTC. 

The Whitelist Sale

It will be open to those who have registered and been whitelisted through our dedicated whitelisting form. One of its main advantages is that people buying in this phase will be able to choose the best locations before the general public can access them. Additionally, they’ll receive a 10% discount

Land Plot and Metahut prices in this phase will vary depending on the means of payment:

The Whitelist Sale phase will start from 13:00 UTC, June 27. Whitelisted individuals will be able to choose the best available spots for their properties before the Map opens to the public on the same day, at 16:00 UTC. Whitelist sale participants will still be able to acquire Virtual Properties after the specified time (16:00 UTC) at a discounted price, but they may miss out on choosing the spots they were aiming for.

The Public Sale 

As the final phase of Metafluence Virtual Properties Sale, It will start on June 27, 16:00 UTC on our own platform and be open to everyone. Land Plot and Metahut prices in this phase will also vary depending on the means of payment:

Metafluence City currently has 23,700 land plots and 240 Metahuts available for purchase., and the remainder comprises natural places consisting of parks, lakes, etc. Moreover, we’re planning to bring Land Plots and Metahuts to secondary markets, allowing users to trade them on a P2P basis in the future. This will provide more flexibility and opportunity for current and potential residents to find the perfect Land Plot and Metahut for their needs.

The Metaverse is a train everybody wants to jump onto. And famous influencers, creators, and brands are no exception. Many have already entered the Metaverse this way or another. We’ve collected only a few examples below:

  1. Paris Hilton: Paris Hilton has opened a digital replica of her Beverly Hills mansion on the Roblox island created by the social gaming platform. Visitors can take jet ski rides around the island or get a virtual selfie. As expected, all of these extravagant playthings will cost you Robux – the game’s currency!
  1. Snoop Dogg: The iconic rapper Snoop Dogg, known for his forays into the world of digital business ventures, has created his digital haven aptly called “Snoopverse.” This new platform is a unique addition to the entrepreneur’s already fully established enterprise, which includes such ventures as merchandise and many albums.
