Celebrated every year on March 8,  also known as International Women’s Day, s a traditional holiday celebrating women’s economic, social, and political struggle, as well as kindness, love, and affection towards women in general. Women’s place and essential role in the technology field deserve attention and cannot be ignored by any means.  In recent years, the celebration of International Women’s Day has moved beyond physical events into the virtual world, with events taking place in the metaverse.

Metafluence team, Dr.Bindu Sivasankaran from Woman Intense NFT, their community of women, and other partners created an inclusive and engaging event celebrating Women’s Day. The event demonstrated the potential for collaboration and partnership in the metaverse, creating a space celebrating the creativity and talent of women worldwide.
